How it works
Choose the supported file, configure any options shown for this job, run the tool, then download the generated result. Formatberry does not require an account.
Flatten supported PDF form fields into page content
Flatten PDF is intended for supported AcroForm fields. Flattening converts the supported interactive field appearances into page content so those fields are no longer used as editable form controls in the resulting copy. This can be useful after a form has been completed and you need a more fixed document representation for viewing or sharing.
Flattening is not universal annotation flattening
The certified scope is supported AcroForm flattening. It does not claim to flatten every possible annotation, drawing, comment, signature technology or proprietary PDF feature. If you first need to enter values into supported fields, use Fill PDF before flattening the completed form.
Flatten PDF runs locally
The supported form-flattening operation is designed to run inside the browser, so the selected PDF is not uploaded. Keep the original editable form if you may need to change field values later, and review the flattened copy before distribution.
Processing and privacy
This tool is designed to process document data inside the browser. Its certified network behavior is intended to keep file bytes and derived document content on your device.
