Organizing a PDF is different from converting it. Merge PDF combines files, while Split PDF separates ranges or individual pages. Extract PDF Pages creates a new document from selected source pages, and Rearrange PDF Pages changes page order without converting the document to another format. Rotate PDF, Delete PDF Pages and Crop PDF make other focused page-level changes.
Fill PDF works with supported interactive form fields. Flatten PDF turns supported form-field appearances into page content. Sign PDF places a visual typed or drawn signature; it is not a certificate-based cryptographic signing service. Page numbering and watermarking are separate actions so their effect on the document remains explicit.
Many page-structure operations are designed to run inside the browser so the selected PDF is not uploaded. Tools that require a heavier certified engine disclose server-assisted processing on their own page. If the problem is file size rather than page structure, use Compress PDF and review the resulting size instead of expecting an exact target such as 200 KB or 500 KB.
Choose the smallest change that matches the job: Crop changes what a page visibly shows, Rotate changes page orientation, and Rearrange changes page order. Keeping those operations separate avoids unnecessary format conversion and makes the resulting document change easier to understand and verify.
