Merge PDF
Merge multiple PDF files into one document in your browser without rasterizing their pages or uploading the files.
Choose one or more supported files, or drop them here.
How it works
Choose the supported files, run the tool, then download the generated result. Formatberry does not require an account.
Merge PDF files into one document
Use Merge PDF when several PDF files belong together and you want one combined document. The selected PDFs are copied into a single PDF rather than being converted into page screenshots, so the job stays focused on combining documents instead of rasterizing them. This is useful for reports, statements, scanned packets, application documents and other files that need to be delivered as one PDF.
What happens to your PDFs?
This merge runs in your browser. The PDF files you select stay on your device during processing, and no account is required. Merging does not promise to reduce file size: if the combined document is larger than you need, use Compress PDF as a separate step after merging.
When merging is the right PDF operation
Use Merge PDF when the input starts as separate PDF files and the final deliverable must be one document. If you only need a few pages from one PDF, extracting or splitting those pages is more direct and avoids creating an unnecessary combined file.
Merge PDF questions
Can I merge more than two PDFs? Yes. The tool accepts multiple supported PDF files for one merge job.
Is merging the same as rearranging pages? No. Merge PDF combines files. If you already have one PDF and only need to change its page order, use Rearrange PDF Pages.
